In Good Order (IGO) Open Enrollment applications are processed and approved instantly. The policy then becomes active once the initial premium is received and is in-force. In the event an application requires further review upon submission, Live Review™ Underwriter Access allows you to call and speak directly with an underwriter to complete the underwriting process, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. MT. An underwriter will determine the applicant’s eligibility status over the phone and if approved will give the applicant their policy number.

We understand it isn’t always possible to complete the application process face-to-face with your clients. Instead of driving long distances to meet clients or mailing the completed application back and forth to collect signature(s), you can simply call into our toll-free line 24/7 to complete the application signature process with your client, right at the point of sale.
